What we collect
When you use the contact form, referral form or Business Friction Scorecard, we collect what you enter: your name, email, company, role, website, revenue range, your Scorecard answers and results, and anything you write in a message.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and show your Scorecard results.
- To email your results and related follow-up notes, only if you ask us to.
- To send occasional practical notes, only if you opt in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by our website host (Netlify) and our email platform (Mailchimp, by Intuit). We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful. We don't sell or rent your information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe at any time from any email, or ask us to update or delete your information by replying to any email from Compass.
